Lucy is a 6-month-old hound mix with the happiest heart and sweetest personality! This playful pup was rescued alongside her brothers after landing on the shelter's euthanasia list - and she hasn't stopped wagging her tail since the day she was saved.<br/><br/>Lucy is a fun-loving girl who adores cuddle time just as much as playtime. She's great with children and other dogs, making her a wonderful fit for a family home. Cats are currently unknown, but with her friendly nature, we think she'd do just fine given a proper introduction.<br/><br/>She's working hard on her house and crate training (and doing great!) and improving every day on leash manners, too. Her foster family describes her as a joyful, affectionate pup who's eager to please and quick to learn.<br/><br/>Lucy's ready to bring love, laughter, and puppy snuggles into her forever home - she just needs a family to call her own.

Paws of the Pines Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our organization is foster based only therefore we do not have a facility for potential adopters to visit. Often times our social media will share who will be at our upcoming events. A pre-approved application must be on file before we schedule any private meet and greets. Our adoption fees are as follows: ANY small breed dog: $350 Pups under 2yrs: $300 Dogs over 2yrs: $200 Cats: $150

Paws of the Pines Rescue is a small, volunteer ran organization. Our animals come to us as strays, owner surrenders, or shelter pulls. We are ran solely off of donations and have rescued hundreds of animals since our operations began in September 2022.
