Her playful personality and affectionate nature make her an easy dog to fall in love with.

She’s making great progress with both potty and crate training and is eager to keep learning. Lucy is a smart girl who picks things up quickly and truly enjoys having something to do, so she’ll thrive with continued guidance, structure, and consistency.

With her higher energy and playful spirit, Lucy would love an active home that can provide plenty of exercise, enrichment, and engagement. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or learning new skills, she’s ready to be your adventure buddy and daily sidekick. Lucy is eager to bond with her people and will make a loyal, fun-loving best friend for someone ready to continue helping her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be.

Lucy is a 4-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and spay. Lucy is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. She is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules.
