Camp Chaos Puppy Rescue's Adoption Policy

Adoption fee is $300. This helps the rescue cover the cost of the animal's spay/neuter, microchip, deworming, veterinary exam, vaccinations up to the date of adoption including rabies, distemper/parvo combo, and bordetella based on the age and approval from our verterinarian, and heartworm testing if age appropriate. Potential adopters must be at least 21 years of age to apply. We hold the right to accept or refuse any application for any reason.
