Lucky

Lucky was adopted from us in 2021 but sadly found his way back to the shelter after his owner passed away. He’s understandably confused, and we would love for him to spend as little time here as possible.<br/><br/>Before the shelter, he spent the majority of his time napping in his dog bed or sunbathing. Though he does enjoy daily walks, he is content just hanging around the home or in the yard. He is an easy dog to take care of!<br/><br/>Lucky is by far the cleanest dog we have in the shelter. He never poops or pees in his kennel, and he is non-destructive. At around 5 years old, Lucky is already neutered and up to date on shots. He previously lived with an older female dog whom he adored, so he may be dog-friendly as well. <br/><br/>His anxiety shows in the back kennels. He presents himself as rowdy and loud when strangers walk by, but this isn't a good representation of his personality. Outside of the kennel, he is quiet, calm, and well-mannered. <br/><br/>If you would like to meet him, please let the staff know you'd like to meet him outside of the kennel. We want to set everyone up for success! Come meet this sweet boy and give him a soft place to land.
