He adores his humans, follows them everywhere, and has yet to meet a person he doesn’t love. He’s incredibly trusting and finds so much comfort in being close to his people. Cuddles, walks, and quiet companionship are his favorite things.<br/>His foster parent has loved watching him blossom—going from a timid little pup to a dog who now runs carefree, plays, and truly gets to be a dog.<br/>While we don’t know much about his early life, we do know he survived something very traumatic. Lucky was found severely injured, likely from a dog attack. He received immediate veterinary care and has healed beautifully. He’s been given a clean bill of health and is simply waiting for the rest of his fur to grow back where his wounds once were.<br/>Lucky is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. If so, what type/breed?<br/>• How often will the dog be exercised?<br/>• If the dog becomes ill or injured are you financially prepared to provide medical care?<br/>• Are you prepared to care for this dog for its life span of 15+ years?<br/>• Do you have a training plan? Please explain.<br/>• Do you have a plan in place if something happens and you can no longer care for the dog?<br/>• Before adoption, an up-close video of your fenced yard will be required - the entire perimeter including gates and the bottom of the fencing. The yard must be free of foxtails and fully secured.<br/>• Home check may be performed<br/>• If "meet & greet" is scheduled, all household members, dogs included, must be present.
