Calling, emailing or "inquiring" is not useful and will delay your consideration in the adoption of the dog.<br/><br/>Meet Lucas, an amazing little guy (about 20 pounds) who seems to love life and everyone he meets. Pick him up and he will cuddle into neck to give you a hug back. Lucas is housebroken and very well behaved in a crate. He loves walks, playtime and of course cuddles. <br/><br/>Lucas is looking for a foster home a few days after Christmas-he arrived heartworm positive from Texas and will be getting heartworm treatment. Needs a foster willing to bring him to our vet in Ellicott City 3 times, once near the end of January and twice near the end of February (will be available for adoption after treatment). Lucas is a young dog with no symptoms and is expected to make a full recovery. Will be available to discuss treatment in more detail with an approved applicant. <br/><br/>Adoption Fee is $450. All of our dogs will be microchipped, altered, current on vaccines.<br/><br/>We are a non profit no kill 501 (c)3 rescue. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging. Currently check or cash is preferred payment.
