Meet Lovey <br/><br/>Lovey is one of the newest rescues from the Bloomfield Pyrenees hoarding case, and her story is both heartbreaking and hopeful. At just about a year old herself, this sweet girl is still a puppy — yet she's already caring for her six tiny babies, who are only 4–5 weeks old.<br/><br/>Lovey came to us extremely scared and unsure of the world. Life hasn't been kind or gentle to her so far, and it shows in her cautious eyes. But despite everything she's been through, she is a devoted, attentive mama who never stops watching over her pups.<br/><br/>The good news: Lovey and her babies are now safe in a loving foster home where they're warm, protected, and together. With each passing day, she's beginning to decompress and learn that she's finally out of survival mode. She will need time, patience, and a calm environment to continue building trust and confidence — but she is absolutely worth the effort.<br/><br/>Lovey's journey is just beginning. Right now her job is raising her puppies and learning that people can be kind.
