Louie - in foster care. Such a special dog!

There has to be a perfect home for our Louie. He is very special. He had no home and no one to call his own.<br/>Now Louie is in foster care and here is what his foster family has to say:<br/>"Louie is up for adoption. We are fostering him until he finds amazing people. He is so sweet but he is built like a Tank (a very cute Tank) - who doesn't know his strength or any mouth manners (If you play with a toy with him, that is).<br/>Louie has much enthusiasm and is a strong dog.<br/>He didn't have a very good life. He was living outside in filth, dirty water, dirty food in the rain, the heat and the snow for probably most of his life so he's loving all the attention that he didn't get for many years.<br/>.....And he is good with laid back cats that do not react to dogs. He just ignores them.
