He can be a little vocal during initial introductions, which doesn’t always make the best first impression, but he’s just an enthusiastic guy learning his social skills! He’s also working on his leash manners and making progress as he learns what’s expected of him.<br/><br/>Louie would love a home with someone who can provide a little patience, consistency, and guidance as he continues learning and growing.
