Lou aka Lover

Lou is a mixed breed terrier male pup. He and his siblings hail from northern rural Arkansas where they were dumped puppies being cared for by Good Samaritans. Everyone of them are super loving dogs but, Lou takes the cake. He will put his legs on you gently to get attention from you. He doesn't jump per say. He gets on his 2 back legs and hangs in the air for a moment before gently putting his paws on your thigh as he looks at you with doe eyes... as if he's telling you he loves you. Lou and his brothers are are all neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Lou currently resides in an indoor kennel that has a doggie door to an outside covered kennel. Completing his potty training in a home environment should be quick.<br/><br/>Lou is approximately 45lb and is no longer growing. He is extremely playful and very intelligent. He loves to be doted on and he's just a doll. He loves children and would love to be the center of attention in a family of his own. He would make a great family dog. <br/><br/>Lou is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is on Simparica Trio heartworm/flea/tick preventative. He will have a vet exam, negative fecal test and health certificate for travel.<br/><br/>We transport our dogs to the New England area states. Interested in adopting but not sure how it all works if you're out of state? We will be happy to walk you through the process. We host video chat calls with our rescues and potential adopters so you can get an idea of the dog's personality and mannerisms.
