Lottie's Story

Lottie / Female / 7 months / 30 lbs / Husky Mix / Good with Dogs / Good with kids / Untested with Cats / From Manitoba / Fostered in Toronto

**Follow Lottie’s journey on Instagram: @murphsfosterpups

Meet Lottie!

This little ball of fur came to us from Manitoba with her sister. Lottie’s fosters describe her as curious, playful, friendly and full of spunk! If you are looking for a pup who is ready to learn all about the world and become the best companion, Lottie is your gal.

In true puppy fashion Lottie loves to explore and stay busy. You will find her playing with and chewing on toys, running around and exploring outside, or staring at her humans with the best puppy dog eyes and big ears. She is very affectionate and loves to sit with her people. Lottie is comfortable and confident with independent play for her age. She enjoys puzzles and enrichment to stimulate her clever brain and likes to spend her time looking out the window, watching the world go by. Lottie has been left alone for up to 5 hours and sleeps through the night in her crate. She is potty trained and will sit by the door to let you know it's time to go out.

Lottie is a dream on walks. She enjoys sniffing her way through the neighbourhood and does not show signs of fear of other people or sounds. Lottie does have the support of her fosters' resident dog who is helping to show her the way. Lottie would make a great addition to a family with another dog as long as they can handle all her puppy antics. Lottie loves people and has met children and babies and shown calm and patience for her age.

Lottie is looking for an active family in a home with a yard, or access to green space nearby. She will likely require frequent brushing as the seasons change as well. Lottie will make an amazing addition to any family. Her curious, silly, spunky personality shines through and her love of learning will make the chaos of puppy raising so much fun!

As a condition of the adoption contract, Lottie’s new family will be required to:

- Ensure she has an opportunity to go outside every 4-5 hours.
- Attend and complete a basic obedience class at your own cost (proof required).
- Provide plenty of socialization opportunities – both dog and human – it's important at this stage.

If you’re interested in adopting Lottie, please apply at
https://www.fetchandreleash.ca/adoption-info#adoption-form

Lottie’s adoption fee is $1000.
