Lollie's Story

I came from a smaller-scale hoarding situation, and out of all the dogs, I’m a bit more reserved and skittish. I’m slowly learning how to go with the flow and figure out this big world around me. One thing that really helps me is having other dog friends around. I gain a lot of confidence from other dogs, and I absolutely love playing with them. Being part of a group helps me feel safe and brings out my fun, happy side. I’m also learning how to be more comfortable with humans. I may be shy at first, but I truly want to be friendly with people—I’m just still building my confidence and learning to trust. With patience, kindness, and a little time, I continue to make progress every day. I am house trained and have already shown the staff what a good girl I can be. A home with another friendly dog would likely help me thrive and continue becoming the confident companion I’m meant to be.
