That's how 5-year-old Lola came to the shelter. Lola is a gorgeous girl, a stunning velvet "hippo type," and she's mourning the loss of her owner. She's a very good girl-loving, devoted to her people, and not overly active. She enjoys leash walks but can't resist a good snuggle on a park bench. Please note no application is approved prior to meeting the animal you are interested in adopting, so please come to the shelter & bring the family to meet a pet.
