Lola's Story

Meet Lola - She's Ready for Her Forever Home

Meet Lola, a beautiful 6-year-old Black Lab who is a very special girl looking for something she truly deserves: a safe, loving forever home.

Lola is naturally scared and timid, especially when she first meets new people or finds herself in unfamiliar surroundings. But beneath that shy exterior is an incredibly sweet, gentle girl with so much love to give. She just needs someone willing to be patient, earn her trust, and let her blossom at her own pace.

Lola is healthy and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. A fence is required for Lola as she settles in and becomes more confident on a leash. Because of her gentle and timid nature, she would be happiest in a calm, relaxed home with older, respectful children who understand that she may need some extra time and space to feel comfortable.

Lola isn't looking for a busy or chaotic household. She's looking for someone who will give her the gifts of patience, consistency, kindness, and unconditional love. With time, she can learn that she is safe and that she finally has a family who won't give up on her.

Imagine the moment Lola finally realizes she is home. The moment she begins to trust, relax, and show you the sweet personality that has been hiding behind her fear.

She may not be the girl who runs up to you on day one-but she could be the girl who eventually follows you from room to room, looks to you for reassurance, and gives you a bond that is incredibly special.

Lola deserves a chance. She deserves patience. Most of all, she deserves a forever home where she can feel safe, cherished, and loved.

If you have room in your heart for a sweet girl who needs someone to believe in her, Lola may just be the best friend you've been waiting for.

All potential adopters will need to travel to Lancaster, Pa for a meet and greet!

Kennel License #9117
Po box 2372
Reading PA 19608
