Lola's Story
Lola came to us through no fault of her own when her previous family was no longer able to care for her. She is a happy girl who is up for adventure, but needs some work on her leash manners still. Lola has been working with staff and volunteers to learn about the world. She came to us undersocialized but has showed us that she is resilient and eager to explore the world around her. With that being said, Lola didn't get much opportunity to socialize with other dogs the past few years, but that does not hold her back from making friends with dogs, though she can be a bit pushy at first. She enjoys rolling in the grass and wrestling with dog friends, however she is not the type for a dog park, that may be too overwhelming for her. Lola is crate trained, rides well in the car and ready for a family or individual to love and play with her! She has lived with a cat and children over 5 and done well. Please submit an application at http://helpinghoundsdogrescue.org A processed application is required to visit the rescue.
