My name is Peter! I am a 3-4 years old, 52 lbs sweet and mellow boy. My foster mom calls me her gentle soul because Im sweet, gentle and well behaved as well as clean and quiet. <br/>I am crate trained and house trained too! <br/>I get along great with other dogs and Im playful around dogs and sweet and cuddly around humans.<br/>My ideal home could be as an only dog or as a sidekick to another gentle and friendly dog. I am not a barker although I do bark at cats on the other side of the fence, but not in an incessant way, I just let them know they need to stay on their side! other than that Im pretty quiet. I am very human oriented as well as food oriented which makes me a great candidate for training. When my human is paying attention to me I am on cloud nine. In a nut shell I have a pretty laid back and don't need excessive amounts of exercise to be happy. In fact when my foster is busy in her computer I like to take naps under her desk or chew on a bone quietly. <br/><br/>I was rescued in Texas and Im looking for a foster to adopt in the northern states. <br/>I have my luggage ready to board transport and leave Texas behind!
