He was recently surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him, and while they had nothing but glowing things to say about him, Loki is struggling with the transition to shelter life.<br/><br/>He previously lived with another large dog and did wonderfully, but here in the kennel, he’s stressed and confused. Who can blame him? Loki is used to soft beds, regular walks, and the love of a family. This big-hearted boy is ready to trade the noisy shelter for the peace of a home again. If you can offer Loki a place where he can decompress, feel safe, and be loved, he’ll reward you with loyalty and affection every single day.

AHS-Tinton Falls's Adoption Policy

CURRENT ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS! All adopters are required to be pre-approved before coming into the shelter to meet animals by filling out an adoption application. If you rent your home please be prepared to show a current lease that states you can have pets. Email us at tintonfallsahs@ahsppz.org to have an application sent to you. Our adoption fees differ depending on the animal you are adopting. All fees include the spay or neuter of your pet, vaccines up to date, and a microchip.
