Loki's Story

Meet Loki – The Loveable Log-Lugging Life of the Party!

~DOB: 6/1/2024 | Location: Surprise, AZ | Energy: High

If Loki were human, she’d be in the military and search and rescue, but also the life coach you didn’t know you needed. This high-energy, high-charm pup is the perfect mix of athlete, comedian, and loyal companion.
Loki is smart, like, “already knows sit, shake, lay down, and will come when called” smart. She’s also fluent in Paw-to-Human communication: paw taps for requests, gentle whines for playtime, and a well-timed bark if another dog is blocking her path. Her favorite hobbies include greeting everyone like a long-lost friend, collecting sticks (or as she calls them, logs), and patrolling the house for unguarded counters.
She’s a people-lover through and through! She is fantastic with kids, strangers, and other large dogs. Cats? Let’s just say she’s their biggest fan... until they run. Then, well, game on.
Loki is an adventure buddy deluxe: she enjoys walks, rides in some cars (still not sold on her rescue-mobile), and is unfazed by loud noises. In the house, she’s curious, a little nosy, and occasionally a kitchen bandit - though she’s learning quickly what’s off-limits.
Her perfect home? A family that loves to play, explore, and doesn’t mind a pup who sometimes thinks she’s part kangaroo. She’d thrive with another dog buddy or as the center of your attention. She’s equal parts cuddle bug and goofball, and she’ll keep you laughing with her “tiny stick” hauling and peanut butter obsession.
If you want a loving, loyal dog who greets life (and you) with a full tail-wagging sprint, Loki’s ready to move in. Just make sure you hide the rice.
