Around 70 lbs of love, this handsome guy is playful, active, and always ready to make you smile. He’s currently recovering from an injury and awaiting surgery, so he’s put on a little extra weight during his downtime — but his enthusiasm and zest for life haven’t slowed down one bit! <br/><br/>Loki is crate-trained and settles well once he’s comfortable, though he does experience some separation anxiety and will vocalize for a bit before calming down. He does wonderfully with other dogs, including his current canine roommate, though he can be a dominant personality. Despite that, he has no food or toy aggression and is overall a very polite boy who just wants to get his needs across. <br/><br/>Smart and eager to please, Loki knows sit and shake, and he’ll happily show off his skills for a treat. He’s also a bit of a goofball — a one-time counter surfer who might keep you on your toes, and a vocal communicator who will definitely let you know when he’s hungry or needs to go outside! <br/><br/>Loki loves new people, enjoys squeaky toys, and has a sweet, sometimes shy charm that shines through as he warms up. With continued socialization and a loving home to help him rebuild confidence, he’ll blossom into the incredible companion he’s meant to be.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate Lab who brings laughter, energy, and heart to every day, Loki might just be your perfect match.
