Special needs! Loki is deaf, has a mass on his neck that is non-cancerous and has special history. To know more about his history please call the shelter (435)867-7618, if no one answers please leave a message. <br/><br/>Despite his special needs, Loki is incredibly sweet! He does well with other dogs but can get excited with cats but has never shown aggression towards them, rather just curiosity. He truly believes he is a lap dog and will try to snuggle with you if you sit down near him. He does great on walks and stays nearby. He is a bit of a clownish dog, truly loving people and having playtime. <br/><br/>Important: Loki is only available to highly experienced adopters—preferably those with a background in dog training and/or deaf dogs. This is to ensure his safety and success in a home environment.
