Liza American Staffordshire Terrier Stanton, KY

Liza is a young adult girl who loves to make new friends! She is good with other dogs and engages them in play. She is outgoing and approximately 45 lbs in size. Liza showed up in a small neighborhood where she quickly took up with strangers making herself at home. She was there for a little while and was good with their dogs. She is a lovebug. She is fit, muscular and the happiest girl! She sees the happy in every day and always greets with a smile! She appears to be housebroken, too.

Liza is spayed and microchipped. She has a message just for you from her foster home:

"My name is Liza Jane. I'm a SBF looking for love. I grew up in the country but lately I've been couch crashing with this person I call Food Lady. She says I'm a velcro dog. But I only follow her around for the belly rubs, treats, and toys. I give her face baths too. I'm pretty sure she loves that because she kisses me right back. She does this weird thing called potty where she takes me outside on a rope thing. She says I'm really good at it but I need to improve my manners. And she gives me toys. They're terrific! I chew on them instead of stinky shoes. I'm also learning about clicker training. It's weird, but if I sit, there's a click and a treat, so I'm all about it. Food Lady says we're moving on to more commands in clicker class.

But Food Lady says I need to find a forever family because she wants to let other dogs crash on her couch. Well, not literally. I learned that only people sit on couches, and I learned it quickly! I skipped Dog School on the day that napping all day was on the syllabus so I need a family who is ready for energy.
