Hello, my name is Lita, and I came to Cuz I Matter Animal Rescue on 10/14/2021. Even though I am about 1 year old, I am still a playful puppy at heart. I am housetrained, walks well on a leash and am learning how to play fetch. I can be shy at first but I do love the company of humans and some dogs. My foster mom says I am very smart and would likely enjoy more training especially if snacks are involved.<br/><br/>I did test positive for heartworms in October and completed my treatment in December, so now I am free of those worms, but it is important for me, and for all dogs, to be on heartworm preventative.<br/><br/>If you'd like more information about me, please send CiMAR an email so they can send you all the information about adopting me.
