LISA's Story

Please send an email to inquiry@kpupsforlove.org for any questions or further process.

Lisa is a 4-year-old terrier mix who survived an astonishing 2 years and 4 months in the same Ulsan high-kill shelter as Mona. She was rescued alongside her best friend, and together they’ve shared a journey of hope and healing. When rescued, Lisa was battling anaplasma, but with a month of treatment she fully recovered. She also has a unique smile—missing a few tiny teeth between her canines and molars (likely congenital, according to her vet). Thankfully, it doesn’t affect her life at all—she eats crunchy food with no problem and lives happily. Though timid at first in new places, Lisa quickly blossoms into an affectionate, cheerful, and playful pup who adores people. Her bond with Mona helped her find courage, and the two still lean on each other while also getting along wonderfully with other dogs.

Lisa was rescued alongside her best friend Mona, who survived an 1 years and 8 months in the same Ulsan high-kill shelter as Lisa, and together they’ve shared a journey of hope and healing.

FOSTER NEEDED ASAP!
We are looking for a foster home who can foster them together.

4 years old
Female
17 lbs
Untested with Kids
Good with People
Good with Dogs
Untested with Cats
Spayed
