Lincoln- Illinois

Lincoln is a gorgeous Pure bred English Pointer. HE IS AN AWESOME PUPPY!!! He is very young- about 10 months old and weighs about 45lbs. He also has a classic Pointer Black double mask on his face. Lincoln has been doing very well in foster care with his two pals Bailey, a Vizsla, and Lucky, a German Shorthaired Pointer. Lincoln enjoys playing with his two fellow dogs and loves to chew bones and toys. He is fairly independent and can be left happily in a yard for a few hours with a toy to chew on. He loves getting scratched behind his ears and to curl up beside his doggy friends and foster parents after his energy is exhausted. He is currently being trained in the basic obediance commands and has shown a decent ability to sit and stay. Lincoln has never had an accident in our house and is crate trained. He looks like he needs to pack on a few more pounds, but this is difficult as he loves to play, run, and chase squirrels and birds. As he is only about ten months old, he has alot of energy and would need to be exercised frequently. He's great with children, other dogs, and guests, and would make a great addition to an active owner with or without other dogs who would exercise him frequently. At least a 5' fence is required for Lincoln. Lincoln is a great companion dog.
