10/16/26 I was adopted last Nov, but my person passed away. It was very sad and I was alone for sometime before someone came to check. I'm back with rescue and recovering from the trauma and have pancreatitis again. I'm getting better, but I'm not quite ready for prime time. My foster wants me to be better so anyone that adopts me only has to make sure I'm eating a low fat diet. I'm very quiet and would be better suited for someone with no other, or just one other pet.<br/><br/><br/><br/>I found myself out on my own until I was taken to a noisy scary place called the county shelter. I didn’t have a micro-chip and no one came to find me so I stayed in a small cage for a week until a nice person rescued me. I didn’t look too bad, but after being rushed to the vet after a few days of not eating, it was discovered I had an infection, and pancreatitis. After some emergency treatment I went home and started on a low fat diet. I’m doing very well now. I’m a quiet little man and I have eyes that look clear into my soul. My hearing isn't very good. I do get along just fine with all my housemates so another small pup would be fine. I’m just the right age and weight for the right family.
