Lily's Story

Lily is the sweetest Chihuahua mix, approximately 12 years old, weighting about 11lbs and truly an absolute love. Most of the time you forget she is there she is so quiet! Lily was a stray found emaciated and with frost bite, wandering around in Texas. She has an old tendon injury on her back right leg that she tends to not use, but it has been determined she is in no pain. She gets around perfectly fine, and it doen't slow her down at all. Give Lily a comfy bed, love and snuggles and this amazing lady is happy as can be. She is absolutely fine with dogs, has not been introduced to cats, but I find it hard as her foster Mom to think she would be anything but fine with cats too. We would love to see Lily in a home with a couple, or person that is home a good part of the time, since she didn't have much in her previous years, she deserves the attention and love now. Although when you are not home she is quiet and sleeps most of the time. She has been showing a little bit more of her personality lately, but overall is a very quiet loving girl.

Please fill out an application to adopt at: remembermerescue .net
