Lily's Story
Meet Our Sweet Lily

Lily is looking for her forever home! She is estimated to be around 7 months old, and is currently in foster with dogs, cats, and kids (ages 8 and 10). Lily has A LOT of playful energy and gets the zoomies often. She loves every stuffie, toy, and ball she sees (and even tough chewer stuffies are no match!).

She is very intelligent and food motivated so she has responded well to training so far in her foster home. Lily would do best with animal siblings that enjoy playing hard or are comfortable correcting a pushy puppy who doesn't always understand how to communicate she is SO excited to play. In terms of kids, she adores them but would do best with kids that are around 7 and up because she is still working on not jumping.

She has done excellent with potty training in foster. With a consistent schedule she has had no accidents in the house. Lily loves taking walks and she adores the snow (think scuba diving in snow piles!).

She is doing excellent with crate training, even when her foster family is at work or away from home. Lily will make an excellent addition to the home of an active adopter/family. She is not the type of dog who lays down all day so if that is your speed, she is not your girl.

Let’s find this girl her happily-ever after.

Our process begins by submitting an application on our website midlandcountypitstop.org (be sure the top of the app says MCPS Adoption Application, which is our new app).
