Hey! I'm Lilo, nice to meet you! I've been here for almost a year. These humans saved me. My story wasn't a very good one. But you know what? It's not what defines us. I've come a long way in my healing journey. These humans have been like my therapists, lol! I've calmed down a lot. I love watching all the people come through the office. Most other dogs don't bother me. It might take me a minute to warm up to them, but they don't bother me. They only things that still gets on my nerves are.....cats. Those little furballs can stay far, far away from me!! <br/><br/>I get scared of thunderstorms. But really, who doesn't?! I get special treats on those nights to help me stay calm. They play special music. It's really nice. I sing the song of my people to calm my nerves. So far, I have survived each storm. <br/><br/>My biggest wish is to have a home of my own. With lots of toys! I love to play fetch! If you want to be my mom or dad, please come and get me. I want to go home!
