Lilly's Story
Lilly is a 13 year old Basset Hound mix who has spent her entire life in one home and now needs somewhere to go. She’s everything people say they want- calm, gentle, housebroken, well-mannered, and good with kids, dogs, cats, and strangers. She enjoys naps, short walks, and just being near her person. At this stage in her life, she’s not asking for much- just a quiet home and someone to love her.<br/>She does have some manageable senior needs, including chronic ear issues, allergies, and a thyroid condition that requires daily medication. She’s stable, vetted, and heartworm negative, but she will need consistency and care. Lilly isn’t a low-maintenance dog, but she’s the kind of dog who needs someone special after losing the only home she’s ever known at 13. Any senior dog lovers out there please apply!
