Liberty's Story
Meet Liberty! Liberty is about 5 months old and a cattle dog mix who is shaping up to be a small-to-medium sized pup. She truly has the best of both worlds personality-wise — playful when it’s time to have fun, and calm and content when it’s time to relax.

She loves running around and playing with our other dogs, but when the house settles — especially during the workday — she’s perfectly content curling up near my feet, taking a peaceful nap. She doesn’t need constant attention, yet somehow always knows when it’s time for cuddles. If anyone sits on the couch, Liberty will gently make her way over, happy just to be close.

For a puppy, she’s incredibly mature. Her energy level is medium, making her an easy fit for so many families. She does wonderfully with kids and other dogs, is potty trained and crate trained, and has even decided she prefers sleeping nearby at night, snuggled up and feeling safe.

We’re still working on leash training, and she’s doing great — especially when treats are involved. Her favorite things are her stuffed toys, which she lovingly gathers and keeps tucked away in her bed like little treasures.

Liberty has been so patient, even sitting sweetly at adoption events, waiting for someone to notice her. We truly can’t understand how she’s still here — but we know the right family will find her when the time is right.

If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who will fit seamlessly into your life and your heart, Liberty is ready. All she needs now is someone to choose her forever.

Liberty’s adoption fee is $175 and includes puppy shots, rabies vaccine, microchip, spay and a box of heartgard. If you think she might be a great addition to your home, please submit your adoption form today. Copy this link into your browser to access the adoption form: https://form.jotform.com/201527297286058
