Libby is about 6-7 months old and an adorable little girl! She and her sibling (we assume) Liam, were found dumped on the side of a country road, hungry, frightened and very thin. We are not sure of her mix but if a miniature Shepherd exist, Libby would fit the description. at only 18 pounds, she is a beautiful girl with the walk and demeanor of a shepherd but in a very small body. Libby is a bit shy and loves the comfort and companionship of other dogs.
