Lia's Story

Meet Lia, a sweet 7-year-old Yorkie Poo who came to North Paw as an owner surrender when her owner sadly had to move into a medical facility. While change hasn't been easy, Lia has adjusted well to her new routine and is ready to find her forever home.

Lia is smart and a fast learner. She's attentive and likes to be a part of everything going on around her—she doesn't want to miss out on the action or the snuggles! While she does get nervous with changes and new people initially, she's able to adjust with a little patience and time. Once she's comfortable, her personality really shines through. She's funny, affectionate, and loves to give her people kisses.

This little lady enjoys her independent time, but she also loves to cuddle and be included in family activities. She's currently living with a cat and another dog and is doing well with both, she would do fine as a solo dog or in a home with other animals. Lia is potty trained and ready to settle into a home where she can be cherished for the loyal, loving companion she is.

Lia's adoption fee is $500! This adoption fee includes: her alter, a microchip, his rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.

If you think she may be perfect for you, please apply using the link below!

https://www.cognitoforms.com/NorthPawRescue/NorthPawRescueDogAdoptionApplication

**Unfortunately, we cannot adopt out to Canada at this time.

**We require a 60 minute adoption radius.
