She adores other dogs of all sizes and she's particularly bonded with her Labrador foster sibling. She also enjoys her foster Chihuahua sister. Her new home must have one or more other dogs to continue her socializing success.

Lia picks a primary person and has resource guarding tendencies when it comes to other dogs. She's done well receiving corrections and she's doing much better. She's thriving thanks to the love and support of her family and pack.

Lia's ideal home must include one or more playful dogs to reduce her anxiety and continue her socializing success. She prefers people who are home often who can take her on walks or take her sunbathing in the park or a yard. She can live with respectful, dog-savvy kids 8+ years or older. Lia does well on a leash and doesn't require a fenced yard. Upon arrival, we were told that Lia doesn't like cats.
