Lexie's Story

My name is Lexie, and I am about 6 years old. I am a small little girl, weighing only about 12 pounds. I like to sit on your lap and be held in your arms and I will stay there for as long as you will let me. I am potty and crate trained. I am curious about cats but a firm “No” will stop me and I will leave the cats alone. It takes me a little while to open up to a new person or dog when I meet them for the first time, but once I am comfortable, the person or dog will become my best friend! I would love to have another smaller dog to play with. I do well with older, respectful children.

Lexie is spayed, up to date on her shots, vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on heartworm preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped. She has also had her blood tested and the results are within normal ranges. Her teeth have also recently been cleaned. If you would like to meet Lexie, go to www.cominischnauzerrescue.com and complete the adoption application. Once completed, you can email it to Susan at sblummanick@aol.com or fax it to the number on the application. Susan will give you a call to set up a time to bring Lexie for a visit.
