Lexi's Story

YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION IN ORDER TO MEET OUR PETS.

Lexi is an adorable 6 year old, 12 pound MaltiPoo who was surrendered by her owner who is a caregiver to elderly parents and working full time and felt she was not able to spend enough time with her pups.

She has been well cared for and loved and is a sweet, friendly little girl.

Lexi was pee pad trained and knows that well. She is fairly new to leash walking and going out on the leash to potty so we are working with her on that. In her new foster home, she has already gone to the door wanting to go out and pottied once taken out, so that is a really good sign!

Lexi travelled nicely in the car and crate to her foster home in Oak Island NC and is truly a precious soul.

She loves laps and will try out various laps when in a group setting.

She is fine with other sweet little dogs, lived with one in her prior home.

Lexi is used to living with quiet elderly owners so would probably be best in a home with just adults and older teens or well mannered older kids if any children are in the home.

More info coming as we get to know Lexi.

Adoption donation $375.
