Lexi's Story
Lexi is a one-year-old, 60 lb pittie mix. While her exact breed is a mystery, she has a longer nose, beautiful greenish eyes, and some seriously cute grey patches along her body.

Honestly, Lexi is pretty hilarious. She’s clumsy, a little gumpy, and just a tad awkward. When she wants cuddles, she slowly climbs into your lap and tries to squeeze herself into whatever space is available, even when there really isn’t any. And if that doesn’t work? She’ll just plop right down on top of you! Her ears sometimes get stuck backward during play, giving her an occasional “cropped” look, and her teeth have a habit of getting caught in her lips. But through it all, that tail never stops wagging.

Lexi is a happy girl who appreciates the simple things in life. Chew bones, toys, and a good window to watch the world go by are enough to make her day. She doesn’t need much to be happy, just a little love and a place to belong.

She’s currently fostered with other dogs and loves playing chase with her friends. Whether they’re chasing toys or each other, Lexi is always happy to join in! If you give her a toy, she will proudly carry it around in her mouth. Sometimes, forgetting to put it down for water breaks. She isn’t quite sure what to make of cats yet and prefers to give them space.

Lexi knows how to sit, and rides well in the car. She’s still working on crate and potty training, as well as walking nicely on a leash, but she seems to be a smart girl who is eager to learn, especially when treats are involved!

Lexi is spayed, microchipped, heartworm tested, and up to date on vaccines.

If you’re looking for a goofy, affectionate best friend who will make you laugh, steal your lap, and remind you that sometimes the happiest dogs are the ones who are a little bit silly, Lexi might just be your girl.

Adoption App:

https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/40532/generic
