Beautiful Lexi ? estimated 2-3 years old | Dog and kid friendly Lexi is a playful loving girl looking for a forever home. She came to us as a stray after being hit by a car. She had a severe pelvic fracture that required 8 weeks of crate rest. She was not a patient patient, as she just wants to go, go, go! Now that she is healed up, she loves to play! Her injury has reduced her speed, but not her determination. She will need continued supplements to help her pelvis and delay arthritis. Lexi loves all humans. She will bring out her big bark when alerting to protect her home and her humans, but warms up quick with guests. Lexi has met a cat and did well, she was VERY excited but all signs showed a happy excitement, no aggression. With an experienced owner of cats and dogs, Lexi could potentially live with cats. We would love for her new home to have a fenced yard or a responsible owner willing to leash walk her to keep her safe from cars. Our adoption process involves filling out an application so that we can get to know prospective families. We want to ensure every family and animal finds their ideal match. We will happily assist with introducing new pets and setting up your new family member for success! While the majority of applications are approved, we do reserve the right to decline an application. Our animals safety and well being is our top priority. We want to ensure that animals are placed in homes that fit them well! We do not have a physical building. All animals are in foster homes. If you see an animal you would like to meet, please contact us and we will arrange a meet! If you are unsure where to start, please fill out an application and our team of volunteers will reach out with animals they think would fit in well with your lifestyle!
