YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION IN ORDER TO MEET OUR PETS.<br/><br/>Lexi is a cute 7 year old who is currently a bit overweight at 11 pounds but should be around 8 pounds ideally.<br/><br/>Lexi and her fur brother, Cody, were taken in after their owner passed away. Their current caregiver is now facing health issues of their own and reached out to Loving Pet Project NC for help, so Lexi is looking for a new family to love. <br/><br/>Lexi is definitely a lap dog and likes to snuggle under the covers.<br/><br/>She is confident and well socialized. She easily adapts to new surroundings.<br/><br/>Lexi is an easy girl to care for and even easier to love.<br/><br/>She doesn’t mind being crated when left alone but will whine to get out and socialize if she sees you.<br/><br/>She is fine with other dogs.<br/><br/>She has a dental scheduled for after Thanksgiving and is up to date on vaccinations.<br/><br/>Lexi has been doing great with house training when kept on a regular schedule. We think she may have been pee pad trained in her prior home.<br/><br/>She will be great dog for most any family!<br/><br/>Adoption donation $250.<br/><br/>Please note that we do not ship animals. We also require a home visit before finalizing any adoptions so preference is given to applicants within a 90 mile range. You will be required to come to High Point, NC to meet/pick up your new pet.<br/><br/>HOW TO APPLY:<br/><br/>1. Go to www.lppnc.org<br/>2. Click on the "Adoption Application" link on the left side of the page.<br/>3. The application will open as a PDF and you should have the ability to fill it in from that page. Be sure to complete all fields.<br/>4. Save the application to your computer, then attach in an email and send to petprojectnc@gmail.com<br/>5. Someone will review your application as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, and will be in touch with next steps.
