Lexi

Lexi is between 8 years old and weighs 75 lbs. She and a 3 year old male German Shepherd as well as two cats were left alone for 4 days without water and food. She had been neglected for some time before that. When rescued her nails were almost 2 inches long and she was suffering with acute flea dermatitis. The evicted family had 9 children and sweet Lexi likely raised many of them. She is easily learning to walk on a leash for the first time with the help of a Halti. Lexi is gentle, sweet, responsive, and very patient with her with her pushy young "brother" in the role of alpha. She is house trained and very calm in the house.
