Levi

Levi came to HBHR along with several beagles rescued from a hoarding situation over 2 years ago. Levi was aged at 7 when rescued but all the dogs were in sad physical shape. I doubt if Levi is 9 years old. His coat has no grey and is his are bright! He has gained more pounds than he needed to but looks healthy at 26 pounds!<br/><br/>Levi had a bonded buddy who died last summer. Since his loss of Cyrus, Levi has been more social. He comes out into the yard to interact with the others often and feels comfortable coming into his caretaker’s apartment to find a comfy place for a nap!<br/><br/>Levi has great house manners. He rarely plays with toys and has never chewed on anything other than a milk bone! He is sweet natured and enjoys pets from people he knows. Levi has gone for an over-night visit with a volunteer and did well. He walks well on a leash. It will take Levi time to warm up to his new family, but it will be worth the time and effort!
