Levi's Story

Levi is a handsome, blond, 4-5yo, 50lb neutered male Terrier mix. He walks pretty well on-leash and is crate-trained. He's best placed as an only dog - no cats please, in a home with teenagers. Levi is not doing well stuck in foster - crated most of the day - he needs his own home STAT! Levi's adopt fee is $100. Levi knows some commands and is a very sweet, healthy boy. Fully vetted, up-to-date on all shots and preventatives. He's heart-worm tested - negative. He will make a very obedient, cool companion! Levi is in foster in South Carolina. We can arrange a video chat with Levi and his caregiver to motivated adopters. We will consider out-of-state adoption and provide transport at a separate fee. Potential adopters and foster-to-adopt persons will be contacted ASAP - we will respond to texts, direct phone calls & email inquiries. We do background checks and require personal references and Vet references as part of the adoption process. As part of the adopt/foster process a home check will be required as well as a photo ID. Preliminary jpgs of the home, other pets and/or children living in the home and the space the dog will be cared for in may also be requested prior to the home-check. We are primarily focused on dog placement in the New Jersey and New York areas. Whenever possible we will arrange for mutually agreeable meets and transport if required.
