Leonard wondered up to a kind person who rescued him and realized he had been injured. At his vet's visit it was discovered that Leonard had been shot. Bullet fragments were removed and he has recovered completely. Leonard is a very friendly guy that never meets a stranger. He is very muscular and strong but walks well on a leash and seems just to know what you are saying to him. He would make a great pet for any family but maybe would be best for families if the children were a little older just due to his size. He is pretty mellow and doesn't jump on people. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations, and he is on heartworm prevention.
