Leo Boxer Lindenhurst, NY

Leo is a purebred Boxer. He is sweet, loving, and extremely affectionate. And in classic Boxer fashion, he's both a romping clown and a loyal guardian. There is nothing Leo enjoys more than cuddling up next to you on the couch. He loves to be around people. And he lives for long walks, as long as it' not too hot. The ideal owner(s) would be able to give Leo lots of love and attention. He grew up during the Pandemic and became bonded to his owners, who were with him all the time and gave him a lot of affection. So the best situation for Leo would be one where his family is around during the day. Leo has been through obedience training so he's good at walking on a leash and is very good at following commands like "sit," "stay," "place," and others. Leo is in excellent health. He recently had a low-grade mast cell tumor removed from his back in 2023; the surgery was successful and he's 100% free of illness. Leo isn't good around small animals so be sure to keep him away from smaller dogs. While Leo's an obedient walker, he can become leash reactive when other dogs are passing by.
