Lenny 42997's Story

Lenny is an 1-year-old male Shepherd mix who has already been neutered. He was brought in by county animal control and no owner claimed him. Lenny is black with white and brown markings; and he has the longest legs! Lenny weighs 47 pounds so he is considered to be a large dog. He is loving, sweet, and he is eager to please. Lenny needs a patient owner who will help him learn a little more about walking on a leash and not jumping when walking on a leash because he is an energetic guy. Lenny would enjoy life best with an active family who would include him in all of their outdoor activities.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
