Born Oct 2023, Lennox is a 3-year-old GSD- Malinois mix on the cusp of adulthood. In his nearly 600 days in foster care, he has settled into a wonderful companion with an extra sized personality. <br/><br/>Big joy will greet when you come back from a long day at work or a short trip to the hardware store. He will be ready and waiting with a wagging tail and his favorite toy, a tennis ball. When you have been away, he will need, expect, and even demand time with you. <br/><br/>He is an active boy who would thrive with an energetic family. He currently is in foster with an older dog that he defers to, though he will patiently wait to steal his treats when possible. Apartment living is not for this guy - he is serious about guarding the house and needs a fenced yard for play. No worries about your home as things will be in order and well protected. <br/><br/> There should be no cats or small kids in the home due to his strong prey drive (cats) and high energy level (he might knock them over). He does get overly excited with he sees other dogs out on walks so he will need continuous training to be the best boy. He is a total bed hog and he does not take kindly to being told to move unless you ask very nicely and you have treats (a must). <br/><br/>Crate training was hard for Lennox as he needs to be with his people.
