Meet Leila, she’s a beautiful (almost) 2 yr old Schnauzer Mix (She'll be 2 in late July). She’s shy at first, but once she warms up she’s sweet and affectionate. She weighs about 18 lbs.
Leila loves to run & do zoomies, chasing balls, and playing tug-of-war. She loves treats and snuggles. She loves to play with dogs and toys. She would do best with experienced dog owners who will help her continue to acclimate to new scenarios and assure her that she is safe. She does have protective tendencies, therefore experienced adopters are essential!
Her favorite place to be is next to her humans. She loves to snuggle on the couch, sit by your feet while you work at your desk, or best anywhere you are! She's an alpha for sure, therefore other pack members' temperament is important.
