She doesn't like sudden loud noises or cats. Health and behavior history: Up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed. Clean bill of health from the PIPs Vet! Meet Leela! Leela is a true survivor and so resilient. After a being saved from neglect, she's got a new lease on life. She is extremely loving and loyal & wants to meet every person she meets. She's a cuddle bug and prefers to sleep on your pillow with you or curled up beside you. She has no accidents in the house and doesn't chew on pillows, shoes, furniture, etc. She is extremely treat motivated and the sweetest cuddle bug. She knows a few basic commands (sit, shake, other paw, come, leave it). Funny little goofball who truly just wants to give love and receive it in return. She can be apprehensive about other dogs, so slow and proper introductions are a must. She's a cancer survivor & just an all around warrior.

Perfectly Imperfect Pups's Adoption Policy

Once we receive your application an adoption counselor will take a look and reach out with any questions. The team will check personal, vet references and check with your landlord if applicable. Your adoption counselor will then set up a time to talk with you and your family (or anyone else involved in the adoption process in your home). This call is a good time to ask any questions you have. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster of the PIP(s) you are interested in. From start to finish, this process can take anywhere from a few days to over a week (so please be patient!). If everything goes well and you and the foster agree that the PIP you want to adopt is a good fit, we will then finalize the adoption.

PIPs key focus is dogs with special or medical needs (who we call Pip-abled), however, we have many non-PIP-abled dogs too!
