Leala (aka BeeBee)

Leala means “friendship” in Italian because I am so friendly! I am quite the people pleaser! I came all the way from South Carolina via a pet transport with my 7 puppies. Both myself and my pups were on the urgent list, meaning we were the next to get gassed to death. Someone in CO loved us enough to rescue us at the last minute and brought us to CO where my pups had to be placed into another rescue while I had to undergo treatment. I was heartworm positive but do not be alarmed, many dogs from the south are and I have been treated and spayed and am ready for my forever home. My foster has only this to say about me: “She is love.” <br/><br/>Will you be the one who can give Leala the love back that she finally deserves after such a traumatic, yet short life? She is house trained, friendly with other dogs, but could benefit from some training as most young dogs could (ie pulls on the leash during walks). She is approximately 2 1/2 years old.
