Lazlo's Story

Lazlo is a 5 year old Chihuahua mix that weighs about 16 pounds. He has been with us now for a little over two years. He is a very sweet but super shy boy. He's still working on coming out of his shell. He would do best in a home with a fenced in yard and a more quiet surrounding area. Lazlo takes some time to warm up to people and is still not 100% trusting but is still a work in progress. He loves to be out and running with the other dogs here at the rescue. Lazlo takes a bit of time to warm up to people. Hudson Paws Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
First, fill out an application on our website, hudsonpaws.org. Then, we’ll call you and discuss your specific wants/preferred dog. We then set up a meet & greet and if the potential adopter owns dogs, they come as well. If it's all a good fit, we allow you to bring the dog home the day of. Each dog has a 2 week trial period and can come back at anytime if it doesn't work out.
