Layla Husky Mix Stanton, KY

Layla is a blue-eyed beauty. She is a little timid, initially, with strangers. Her past couple of years gave her limited freedom and comfort. She is readjusting to both. We find her to be humble, kind and gentle. Giving her a chance to relax and accept affection is rewarding and she is easy to please. She has learned a leash and doing well being led.

Layla is approaching 4 yrs old and her size is about 65-70 lbs. She is good with other dogs and arrived with 5 others.

We are a rural shelter with high intakes. As a result, the shelter dogs are not guaranteed safety. We do our best but, we need help.

ADOPTION FEES APPLY- Dogs $150 - $175 Cats $85. (We are not set up for credit or debit payments.)

The shelter is open Monday thru Friday from 9 - 3 p.m. except Thursdays (closed). Saturday hours are by appt.

After hours appts can be arranged with advance notice and an approved application. We want to accommodate!
